Serious question: When did customer service get so bad? Not singling out one company. Banks, airlines, car rental, cell phone -- when you call it's just simply awful. I guess we are all just forced to endure it. They have us hostage.

@VTStore I placed an order on December 9th. You never shipped it and I have been trying for over two days to get a supervisor, refund, reorder. Nobody will call me back. I will call everyday until I am refunded or I will report as fraud charges to my credit card.

Cousin Deborah had to go home, but she left her precious mommy with me and Eren. Auntie Linda has been at my house for a month, she never left my mom’s side. They were not just sisters, they were best friends, soul mates, they had a bond anybody on earth would envy. In the end, when my mom took her last breath, me, Eren, and Auntie Linda we’re with her. Auntie will stay here for another week or two (I wish she’d stay all winter with us) but she’s independent and loves her cozy home up north. Auntie Linda is amazing, she’s 82 years old, has stage 4 bone cancer, but is the strongest, most delightful tiny little lady I know. My Auntie is soft and sweet, while my mom was tough and fierce. But they were thick as thieves. Anyway, while she’s here, Auntie keeps Eren and I entertained with so many old stories, lots of episodes of Murder She Wrote, and she loves to go through her “Vermont” catalog, and tell us all about the stuff 😆❤️
