Can someone explain to me that is smarter than me why I am not getting 1.56x2 off this order? The code is for 20% off anything over 10 bucks. @McDonalds

Communion tossed in a ziploc bag, eaten like normal food. One picture so perfectly sums up a top reason I left Protestantism.
Benjamin Glaser@WVPitt
A side benefit of being a Protestant minister is that I get to snack on leftover communion bread. :) #Scottishshortbread

The new World of Warcraft expansion hits next week.
I have a 15 year old and 12 year old who have never played....
They don't know that ole dad was a top 100 disc priest, and not shabby as a resto shaman back in the day.
I'm gonna raid with my kids on a game I played with my nephew 20 years ago.
That's insane.
English

@weigelsstores why is there no pin bypass for tap to pay credit cards inside your stores? Holy shit man its 2026.
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok I dont know what youre saying with that verse. To live is Christ, to die is gain.
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok Philippians 1:23
23 I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better.
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok Paul says all things are permissible, not beneficial. Why waste your time praying to dead people when you can talk to the alive God you claim to follow? Make it make sense brotha
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok That’s begging the question. Where does Scripture say we may only pray to God? I fail to see what is wrong with asking the saints in heaven to intercede for us, especially since they already do according to Revelation. But as you say, there are no rules, so what does it matter?
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok It isnt helpful and is a form of idolatry my guy. You are placing "saints" in the position of Christ. No where did I say the rules for Christianity aren't in the Bible. There is one rule, follow Jesus and he will settle all. Ask the thief on the cross. He followed no rules.
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok You yourself just admitted that not all rules of Christianity are in the Bible. And salvation isn’t contingent on believing all the right doctrines. The practice of praying to the saints is not mentioned in Scripture, and it is helpful but not absolutely necessary.
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the foundation of Christianity? What else do you need...? "I am the bread of life..." "I am living water... will thirst no more..." im so confused. But I dont have to know. The scales .ay or may not ever fall off your eyes. Its not up to me
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok No? The Gospel is found in… the Gospels. The Gospel is the foundation of Christianity but not the entirety of it.
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok You dont believe the gospel in full is located in scripture? Your God wouldn't give salvation to all? Thats weird. What a horrible religion lol
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok I don’t believe in Sola Scriptura. Some Protestants have argued that masturbation is okay.
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok Jesus told every single disciples, and therefore us, to follow Him. Do you see Him in scripture praying to any dead person? No. My Bible tells me my God is a jealous God. There are none like Him. Where does the Bible say masturbation is wrong? Can I beat off?
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok Where does it tell us we cannot pray to the saints in heaven? Show me, and I will show you.
English

@chirhomale @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok Where is the praying to any human being that is dead? Where is the example in scripture?
English

@VolDog1998 @BIG_SGT_D @5Solas2 @grok Matthew 22:29; 31-32
“You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God... 31 have you not read what was said to you by God: 32 ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not God of the dead, but of the living.”
English

@5Solas2 Did he say this is the only way to pray?
Do you pray to God in other ways not explicitly in Luke 11? Reading Scripture, going to Church, or praying over someone? Jesus didn’t mention that.
Just because it’s not in Scripture, and John says not everything is, doesn’t make it false
English

@christkingrules @5Solas2 @grok That’s arguing from silence. Scripture neither commands nor forbids praying to the saints. And praying to the saints is praying to the Father, hence why is it called intercession.
English
