Yeah, Jesse Morrell is a scoffer. Judas was chosen as an apostle; he was not chosen for salvation. In John 13, when Jesus washes the disciples’ feet, He says they are clean—but not all of them (speaking of Judas). He goes on to say that He is not speaking to all of them, for He knows whom He has chosen, meaning that Judas was not chosen in a salvific sense. We know that Jesus says He chose the Twelve, but He chose them as apostles; this is not talking about election. When He goes on to say that He is not speaking to all of them because He knows whom He has chosen, He means that, in one sense, Judas is chosen as an apostle, but in another sense, he is not chosen unto salvation. Jesus said to him, “The one who has bathed does not need to wash, except for his feet, but is completely clean. And you are clean, but not every one of you.” — John 13:10 “I am not speaking of all of you; I know whom I have chosen. But the Scripture will be fulfilled, ‘He who ate my bread has lifted his heel against me.’” — John 13:18

Calvinists should stick to seeking out Calvinist congregations or make their Calvinism fully known so a congregation can make an informed decision regarding a pastor.

Stealth Calvinism Translation: If someone doesn't use the label "calvinist" then I can't tell the difference between a calvinist preacher and any other preacher.

Maybe you should rewatch your video. He never said he concealed his beliefs, he only said he didn't use the label. So if they preach exactly the same thing as they would preach as a calvinist, but they don't use the label, are you saying you can't tell the difference between a calvinist and a non-calvinist?

If someone conceals his Calvinist beliefs in order to secure a pastoral position, he is not acting with transparency or integrity. Shepherding God’s people requires honesty about what one actually believes and intends to teach. Gaining a position of spiritual authority while hiding core convictions undermines trust and violates the very responsibility a pastor is supposed to carry. If a pastor truly believes Calvinism is the right theological position, then the honest path is to plant a church built on those convictions or join a church that is already teaching such view. It is not right to assume pastoral leadership in a non-Calvinist church and then quietly move it in a direction the congregation never agreed to. That is deception.

Someone told me that modesty for women doesn't have to do with clothing but with braided hair and jewelry and things like that. I don't deny that it applies to those things, but I don't believe it's limited to those things. How would you respond?
