Building the app is one thing. Learning to convert is a completely different game. You need to be sending DMs. A hundred a day. Personalised. Real. Actually reaching out to people like a human being. And out of those hundred, maybe three get back to you. That's it. Three percent. Most people hear that and give up. I hear that and do the maths. Three percent of a hundred is three. Three percent of five hundred is fifteen. Three percent of a thousand is thirty. The conversion rate doesn't change. The volume does. Get used to being left on read. Get used to being ignored. Get used to rejection being the default. Because the people who do respond are worth every single no it took to find them. Stop taking it personally. Start treating it like a numbers game. And then play that game aggressively. If you read this far and want to grow your personal brand then check put my new app today getouttherehq.com

In a 9 to 5 you work 5 days to earn 2 days off. That means to get 7 full days off you have to work 17 and a half days first. 17 days of work for 7 days of freedom. That's not a life I want. And look if you genuinely love what you do then I respect it completely. Go to work happy, come home happy, enjoy your family. That's a good life. But if you hate it? You're grinding through 17 days of misery for 7 days of relief. Over and over again until you retire. That's no way to live.

every day you spend worried about what you can't control is a day someone else ships. that's the trade. not metaphorically. actually. you can't control the market, the algorithm, what people think. you can control showing up and building. pick one.

You lose every time you: • Settle for “good enough” • Talk more than you execute • Let fear look like logic • Stay loyal to a bad habit • Mistake “busyness” for progress

@Wearcoby Lessons from advice are important, but we often learn more from our mistakes. Real understanding comes from facing the results of our actions.

Some lessons arrive as advice. Others arrive as consequences. Most people remember the second type longer.
