One of my biggest dreams is a penthouse in New York. I've never even been to America. Born and raised in the UK. But something about New York just pulls me. The views. The energy. The atmosphere of people just grinding and building and moving with purpose every single day. Watching Gary V in skyscrapers doing business at that level. That's the visual I come back to. I don't know if it'll happen exactly the way I picture it. But that image keeps me going on the days when the work feels boring and the progress feels slow. Sometimes you just need a dream big enough to sit through all the hard days. That's mine.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but the U.S. should host the World Cup more often. Ratings were through the roof. Fans have said this was the best one they've witnessed. And soccer isn't even a big sport in this nation. We nailed it.

One of the best things you can do for your growth and mental state that nobody talks about. Stay away from social media consumption. Not completely. But intentionally. In my first couple months I'd spend all day and night overthinking. Seeing 19 and 21 year olds on Instagram building empires. Comparing my timeline to theirs. Feeling rushed. Feeling like every decision I made was wrong. I still ask myself if I'm working enough. If I'm working smart. If I'm on the right thing. That's just part of being an entrepreneur. But the difference now is I'm not comparing my timeline to anyone else's. Because the second you start comparing you stop appreciating what you're actually building. And when your head is full of everyone else's progress there's no room left to think clearly about your own. Stay in your lane. Trust your timeline.

Most people are too soft to survive the first week. That’s why they never bother to start. Starting is literally the hardest part. You have no momentum. Everybody is posting their wins. You feel like a loser. Gotta brute force yourself into getting the ball rolling.

Having a Lamborghini as your only goal is dangerous. Because the second you get it you have nothing left to chase. Materialistic goals are fine. I have them. But they can't be the reason you wake up. Build something that means more than what you can buy. The things you own should be rewards along the way. Not the destination.
