Knowing that ally of the job listings are fake has saved my life. I kept applying for jobs that kept being listed while I was a pretty good fit and never hearing anything tire up my self esteem. It wasn’t until I talked to senior workers at those companies who said “I think we went out of business and they didn’t tell anyone - we sold half the product we usually do week over week” and I kept getting this story company after company. It kept me from feeling like a complete worthless reject. these companies have many reasons for fake job listings (probably some for investors to see these listings as strength) in the local market and the stock as well. If you wanna buy a stock and wanna see the strength of the company it may be a good metric to see if they are hiring in a down turn market as a barometer for their strength. It makes people talk about them and gives them free advertising…. yet probably countless men have taken their lives from the gaslighting that Occurs in society as a whole when everyone is hiring but no one actualky hires them. It’s pretty absurd and horrible for the morale of those struggling most. Corporate america is cancer

This is partly why there was so much divorce in the 60s. Men are not meant to work like this, doing fake little tasks, subduing their real personalities under fluorescent lights all day, cowtowing to fake and gay hierarchies of paper pushing. The feminization of men began with office work. In fact it’s women who thrive the most in this environment which is why the bureaucratic state is toxic femininity in action: bitchy catty passive aggressive and will ruin your life via reputation destruction.

Lmaooo let me make it much simpler. My company has 8 fake listings for jobs that auto renew on job websites. No matter how qualified you are or how close you fit the job description, the job doesn’t exist and you’ll never hear back. I know cause I’m on the team and I know we aren’t hiring 😂
