there are two issues: 1. While the link is from the official Coinbase website, directly asking users to transmit their mnemonic phrase to verify assets is extremely foolish. 2. The website linked to has a flawed sitemap. Attackers could easily use tools like ResourcesSaver to download the front-end code and deploy a similar website. If this is combined with a similar domain like Coinbase for phishing attacks, users could easily fall for the scam.

@zachxbt @InsiderWire Just take it from someone who battles location related issues for 2 decades: useless move as bot farms use proxies, not even VPN. And mostly those proxies are residential, not datacentre. To any system they look like real homes. But give it a shot anyway if becomes available.

In the region India, Pakistan, Bangladesh is where I see noticeable more AI slop/spam, misinformation/fake news, bots, etc since the “account based in” feature went live. Hopefully X adds an exception for accounts you follow or possibly mutuals since I do not want to restrict good followers.
