We recently launched “The Morning Routine”, an interview series that we created to satisfy our curiosities around how highly productive people tackle their days.

Most of us aren't dropping our daily habit anytime soon, but if we're talking about our "health", it may be a habit worth breaking.

So what is the "right" way to do it? While there is no "right" way, experts suggest that "showering several times per week is plenty for most people (unless you are grimy, sweaty, or have other reasons to shower more often)."

According to Harvard Health, approximately two-thirds of Americans shower daily.

Anyone else have maskne (mask acne)? I feel like I'm 12. How do you fix/avoid it?

@Propllrhead @fmanjoo Sadly, some skincare is all marketing hype which is why it's important to build a regimen with products containing quality/trusted ingredients that's suitable for your skin type.

@Propllrhead It's not wishful thinking, @fmanjoo ! When used consistently over time, ingredients like tretinoin/retinol can absolutely minimize the appearance of wrinkles. There are randomized, double-blind studies showing improvement in fine wrinkles, coarse wrinkles and tactile roughness.
