Meccha Chameleon, the viral indie hide-and-seek game has sold over 7 million copies just 12 days after its June 10 release on Steam. In the game, players split into seeker and hider teams. Hiders start with plain white avatars and use an in-game paint tool to color themselves to avoid detection. A recent update added the ability to adjust the size of hidden players, creating more options for creative disguises.

I like how the Marathon bots are trying to community note this post, but their information is entirely wrong. They even confuse Twitch views with player count. lol. What insane, hilarious panic. Every single thing I posted was correct.

Marathon is getting destroyed in its reviews as people share their thoughts on the game during the F2P week. Over the last 4 days, marathon has received 2,400 negative reviews on Steam vs only 1,100 positive. As player numbers continue to go lower each consecutive day, Sony has to be asking itself how long Bungie can actually be allowed to continue this charade. Marathon has also dipped below 80% on total positive reviews and to make matters worse, no one is really streaming the game and people aren't looking for the content, even with TWITCH DROPS running from June 2nd to the 9th.

It looks like the Marathon players have woken up and remembered they owned the game as Season 2 launches. It has hit 24K for the first time since April 19th. The F2P isn't live on Steam yet: That begins at 3pm ET/12pm PT
