Shocking experience with @LavaMobile and @amazonIN. My new Lava phone blasted, posing a massive safety risk. Despite the pickup partner seeing the burnt phone with their own eyes, Amazon refuses to process a refund or replacement. Is this how you value customer safety @LavaMobile
