@MohamedMOSalih An ally knows when to “just shut up and listen, be ok with being wrong and being uncomfortable. Be ok with how people want you to respond rather than how you want to respond”.

@Healthmac “Ally is a term you earn by your actions, not by taking a course. Direct confrontation isn’t only the strategy, and often isn’t the best. Center the person who is being harassed, what do they need to feel safer?”
