what actually makes a crypto project successful? a few years ago, i'd have said a good product. today, i'm not so sure, cos a good product alone doesn't guarantee success. so if i had to rank it, i'd say: > distribution > community > product > timing > incentives > VCs you can have the best product in the world, but if nobody uses it, it doesn't matter. you can have deep-pocketed VCs, but if nobody cares, it doesn't matter. the projects that win today seem to understand one thing: attention comes first. everything else compounds from there.
