If I truly violated Rollbit’s Terms of Service, why was my account allowed to operate normally since 2023 with over $5.5M wagered and multiple large withdrawals with zero issues? > Why did these accusations only appear after I requested a $29,090 withdrawal? > What exact evidence do you have proving I used multiple accounts, and if such evidence exists, why has none of it been shown to me? > Why did you personally join the support chat, repeat the accusation, then leave immediately after I responded? > And lastly, if Rollbit claims to strictly follow its own rules, why did my case exceed the 31-day investigation period under Section 6.6 while my funds remained locked?

(11/*) Even if Rollbit genuinely believes I violated a rule, this case was still handled extremely poorly. A proper compliance process should: • investigate quickly • communicate clearly • provide evidence or reasoning Not hold user funds for 60+ days while saying almost nothing. (Most importantly, @Rollbit violated their own Sports Policy). Huge thanks to @TheXerct for covering my case and documenting how poorly Rollbit handled this situation & many other people as well!
