Today, 8 days into a 30 day deal, they terminated our contract and refused to honor the terms we both agreed upon. The $100,000 raw deal was structured to be split into two payments. They delayed my contract for weeks without a stream, WEEKS. Got my information, and did not give me the contract to sign it. We all know why. To avoid the second payment they just abruptly ended the deal. This is the most unprofessional thing a casino can do with their partners. Like most fly-by-night casinos, they know there is little recourse that can be done about it and simply do not care how it makes them look. They promised 15% loss back on the deal also, saying I need to deposit the whole $50,000 Budget. I did so. Then they said it must be anything under exceeding $50,000 switching their words up. Really weak for a "multi million dollar site". The worst part is this is not the first time they've adjusted the terms of our deal before it completed. They promise large amounts on previous deals and after I commit to it and announce the leaderboards etc.. they only provide half and essentially say "tough shit" knowing they have me over a barrel. For example a time that we both agreed upon a $150,000 RAW. Deal. Fast forward a week or so they decided to switch it up and give me $75,000 Non RAW WD CAP. Completely lying & saying we didn't say $150,000 it was not for sure. And my stats were not the issue either. I have had six million+ in deposits IN 4 MONTHS with some players down hundreds of thousands or 7 figures even. I remember when I first started with them they picked me out of Metawin, a scam site, portraying themselves as the good guys (ps they are the same bs), giving me a good starting deal for 390K USD Expected on the month, now that same deal is not even given for stats 5X the size lol with no increases absolute predators. By the way, they get extremely upset when your players win on the site and take it out on your deal. But its not just bad for streamers, playing there has become awful too. Menace has always had a poor experience being the slowest casino to adopt new games, but lately their rewards have been nerfed into oblivion too. I challenge anyone to say they actually had a good weekly or monthly compared to other casinos recently. They used to promise the best rewards, the best VIP transfers but its literally shit now and nerfed like crazy. Their predatory practice of taking long for withdraws while enticing users with a cancel button is disgusting and by design of course. The entire team has no clue what they are doing, weeks delay, delayed responses, nobody knows who's in charge, really, really unprofessional. To be even more spiteful they terminated my account to avoid paying me out my shitty low commission affiliate funds. This is no different then a shit low rep scam site. Came in the space with a bang, 4 months active & you guys are already losing your reputation. 😂 No wonder all your streamers are no names, (except for the rare ones I actually fuck with), and don't get me started on the team, if one of them are under 30 years old I'll fuck myself in the ass with a dildo on stream. Your so called RARE public response is all garbage, you should of kept it that way buddy because I will show everyone each paragraph is a lie. First lie, the budget gone within 2 days that is not true, it's more like 5 days. Here's why, within the 100K Agreed Deal everything had to be covered by me, bonuses for my people to compensate for your guyses nerfed rewards and a $20,000 Leaderboard also covered by me. Not just that I have to continue pushing content with 3-5K Fills daily, every stream was a loss, no lossback. Pretty self explanatory. You also stated "agreed terms" and "breach" which is really contradictory considering you guys never gave me the TERMS & CONTRACT to even sign in the first place, it was delayed for weeks on end with no streams, along with other so called streamers, the Affiliate manager even getting my information & refusing to give me the IO Contract to Sign and read the terms. The deal was extremely misinformed and now we know that was on purpose. And WEEKS later the excuse was "the lawyers take long" lol. Lie Number 2, you said the terms were explained repeatedly on lossback, that is not true. The terms was I get 15% lossback with this deal & budget. Then it was must spend the entire $50,000 to get lossback, fast forward me depositing $52,000 losing $40,000 you guys said it's anything AFTER $50,000 & ended up giving me nothing, terminating the deal AND my account. You also lied saying I burned through it in 2 days when I demanded lossback on day 8 when I've done $52,000 in deposits which you guys disagreed on. I did ask for lossback before but again you guys said must use all $50,000. Complete bullshit words. Lie Number 3 I did not reject it, I accepted it and said I will try my best to do even better to make the deal better than $150,000 even. A revised structure of half the deal that is not even RAW when the plan was to go for a 3 Month Contract of $150,000 is INSANE. "You accepted. That's on record" really shows how predatory you guys are. Also really funny how approving a $100k RAW Withdraw from a RAW DEPOSIT is something crazy now because it was on New Year Eve. Do you guys not accept $100k Withdraws on New Years Eve usually? 😂 Regarding my behavior and every gamblers behavior we do not get upset for no reason, if I see something wrong I will be upset your team lied to me, broke random words for months, has slow responses and you expect someone to not get upset? The deal was also a good $700,000 GGR before expenses & I am really happy I went public with this to share my experience and warn people about you guys. And I can see a lot of people have had bad experiences with you guys too now. I appreciate the thank you for the "learning experience" I have definitely learned something from this.

We normally don't respond to this kind of thing publicly, but a few things need to be set straight. The deal was $100k split across two phases - $50k upfront, $50k after completing 15 streams. You completed 6-7. The budget was gone within 2 streams, outside the agreed terms. That's a breach, not us "avoiding payment." On lossback - the terms were explained repeatedly. It kicks in after the $50k marketing budget is used. You burned through it in 2 days and immediately demanded lossback. That's not what was agreed, and you knew it. The $150k claim: we made the offer, you rejected it and asked us to prove the numbers. We came back with a revised structure. You accepted. That's on record. What you conveniently left out: I personally approved a ~$100k withdrawal for you on New Year's Eve - outside of the normal streaming team approval process, specifically so it would clear fast and feel like a proper gift for you that night. You also received personal loans from me on multiple occasions throughout our partnership. Ask yourself why none of that made it into your post. I've also seen the screenshots of how you spoke to our VIP and streaming teams throughout this partnership. That behavior alone told us everything we needed to know. You're -$270k in NGR. We paid out over $450k. The numbers speak for themselves. You chose to go public - not us, and that's your call. What I can do is say thank you for the cooperation and the learning experience.
