I remember when the US used to produce top notch goalkeepers. Matt Turner is ass and nowhere near international level. @USMNT

Everything rotten in Britain stems from this period. Everything. Landlord rents. Shit in the rivers. Zero work hours. No British industry. Gas, electric bills through the roof, No affordable housing. All of it.

@henrywinter @thebarryhorns To be honest as a regular away traveller it’s a relief not to have to decide on going to the shite show. At least I now have 47 countries to support and we get to go to Greece in June for a friendly. Roll on nations league Portugal Denmark and Norway as they will be much more fun

Devastating for Wales. They gave everything. Pens the cruellest way to miss out. World Cup will be the poorer without Craig Bellamy, Wales and their travelling choirs. Credit to Bosnia & Herzegovina, resilient and then ruthless.

@HartleyR27 Took us 12 hours 9 minutes from the time the plane hit the runway in Phx yesterday, via trains to Hayes and Reading to arrive in Cardiff. Claire could only take 5 days leave so we are here for the Occupied North dead rubber.

@antccfc 18:00 in LTN last night for me! Don’t mind Cullen (especially due to the injury) but Harris when you have Broadhead on the bench is criminal. My US visa going to waste - maybe not a bad thing! You staying around for a few days?

Have we stopped licking Bellamy’s arse now? Arrogant and completely bottled it when it matters. Really wonder where we go from here. Has any journalist asked the Harris/Broadhead question or just ‘Must be tough to take’? 🙄

On this day in 1876 – exactly 150 years ago – the first-ever match of the Welsh National football team was played, against Scotland. In football, both 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Cymru (Wales) and 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Alba (Scotland) have been independent nations for over a hundred and fifty years. Via @WiciCymru Ar y diwrnod yma yn 1876 – 150 mlynedd yn ôl – chwaraewyd gêm gyntaf Tîm pêl-droed cenedlaethol Cymru, a hynny yn erbyn yr Alban. Mewn pêl-droed, mae 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Cymru a'r 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Alban wedi bod yn wledydd annibynnol ers dros gant a hanner o flynyddoedd.

You could argue the most important goal in Welsh football history was scored by a London-born Cypriot in Israel. Wales lost when they last faced Bosnia but it was the best defeat of their lives, the night they qualified for Euro 2016: bbc.co.uk/sport/football…

The morning after... It felt like 2025 at times, but it's still early, and for now, points in ugly games are still points gained. The bigger concern is how few people were there to see it... gophnx.com/phoenix-rising…

@TheAzurineAvian @Gzone77 Tanner wasn’t at his best yesterday, but he’s a different type of winger to Willock, and he’s been more successful this season setting up others to score

@antccfc @Gzone77 Willock was far better than Tanner. The problem is no one in the middle swith the instincts of a striker or who can head the ball.

Last thing I'll say tonight but this one is looking off the field itself... Tonight was the lowest March league attendance in club history. Both games so far this season are in the bottom 3 for March league home games (the other was Rhode Island last season).
Owain Evans@ojevans18

Felt very similar to last year. Slow for a lot of that game, but after the first goal went in for Rising, second felt inevitable. 4,310 attendance announced.

Would Kaba or Kanga score in the BBM system? I wonder if we explored another Kaba type deal in Jan? As you know Kaba was signed during an embargo so we only paid his wages.

@ccfcinsiderr No. But he should be on the bench. No keeper on the bench is as poor a BBM decision as failing to bring on Fish at HT v Wycombe.

@NigelBlues @connorwatkins97 @CardiffCityFC Up to BBM to work on and resolve that issue. Seen it a few times now. Choosing to sub on Turnbull on Tues was insanity when we were looking for a goal. He retains possession well but is too slow and happy to pass sideways/backwards.

Coincidence-BBM's unchanged line-up...for the 1st & last time this season in the same game! More Osho madness got a red card but @CardiffCityFC lacked tempo, incisiveness all night. Wycombe the 3rd team in 5 to sit in and hit us without worry. Still going up, just not in style.
