UPDATE Tumour slightly bigger. Lungs not responding to antibiotics. New tumour on liver. Soon to be transferred to St Luke’s Hospice for what I’m told will be a period of weeks or short number of months.

@virginmedia I have been having issues with my broadband for weeks and despite a complaint submitted to your online form, as I am not being taken seriously, on Wednesday I haven’t had a call back, how can this be fixed as we are desperate?

@virginmedia Hi how do I make a formal complaint? I’m paying for a WiFi booster and I’ve not received it. I have also had slow WiFi for over a week and your engineers fob me off over the phone every day. I am so fed up with this now.
