@VueHelp I am trying to cancel a booking for Friday 8th May however this won’t allow me to do so through my online account, I have contacted customer support who could not assist they advised the tickets have been collected which is not correct can you please help

Just received an email back from Cineworld following my initial request to screen it, they've confirmed the merch is a popcorn bucket! Additionally they confirmed that Cineworld Hounslow, Ilford and Wembley will not be showing #TADCTheLastAct
