@vuecinemas Today is my daughter’s 4th birthday. She’s been counting down the days to see Toy Story 5, and today was supposed to be her special day. We bought 5 tickets through the Blue Light discount because my wife is a key worker. We have valid QR codes and have already paid.

@VueHelp I'm trying to cancel a booking by creating an account (as stated in booking confirmation email). And after trying multiple times, on multiple browsers I'm just getting 'We're not able to create an account for you right now' Great when the booking is later!
