Does an athlete have a say in what appears on their uniform, or is that a decision by the team and league?

A young mother is appealing to President John Dramani Mahama and the Health Minister for urgent intervention after her son allegedly lost his ability to walk, speak, and see following a surgical procedure at Koforidua Central Hospital.
According to the mother, her son was just 1 year and 8 months old when he underwent surgery to remove a hernia at the hospital. She claims that after the operation, the child became unable to walk or speak and also lost his sight.

How do you stand in the rain and deliberately dump rubbish into a gutter, then turn around to complain about flooding?
This level of irresponsibility is exactly why we keep facing the same preventable disasters year after year
Until some people change this mindset, the flood problem will remain with us

@Thevokofficial I want to be a pilot, I want to be a lawyer, I want to be a doctor....but we will be found in the same classroom learning the same syllabus till we get to the higher institutions before diverting...without building a solid foundation in our career paths.
