Philly kinda got bailed out by Melo's frigid shooting, but they did a magnificent job navigating all those complicated Charlotte flare screens in the 2nd half. Really good defensive effort on the perimeter

Major props to them man. Still a LONG way to go and IMO they have to dodge the play-in to try and make the finals
But they've addressed a major hole in the lineup with their lottery pick who they've meticulously developed

I would not have started VJ from the jump as a Sixer HC, not after how well Grimes ended last year
Nurse did, he + the FO saw the vision of him being that 5th guy they needed

@tabeebelwedn He definitely roty don’t think anyone can deny that but ceiling rise VJ and Coop gotta the higher ceiling. Would say though Kon has a better floor than them two because as of rn he’s very much more consistent than them because VJ and Coop can really be inefficient a lot

Philly is at their best when old guy PG doesn't have to be the best defender every night: that's why I loved the Caleb Martin add for them so much last year
