@GregShmav Philly should just take BPA, I don’t really get the fascination with drafting a PF when the Sixers can just add one for the short term

The ghost of John McCain whispers to Tulsi, “You have killed many children. And though there are many more left to kill, your watch has ended, and you may enter peacefully into your next life: a podcast host sponsored by an Israeli spyware pretending to be a VPN.”

@THEmuffetmcgr4w Yeah I don’t think Morey made decisions based on Nurse’s idiocy. But he might have reconsidered the trade if McCain was contributing more at the time

@bdetrick Fair. But I see a lot of well nurse wouldn’t play him which somehow makes it ok to trade him from moreys perspective

@THEmuffetmcgr4w From what I’ve seen, Morey is getting most of the heat (justifiably, because he’s the one who made the trade!) but Nurse still has a job with Sixers and will continue his selfish bullshit next season

@bdetrick Daryl is escaping far too much heat when we frame it as nurse wouldn’t play him or didn’t know how to use him. He simply didn’t have to trade him!

Jared McCain on Daryl Morey trading him: “It’s never to prove anybody wrong. I try to keep a positive outlook. I like proving my support system right. Daryl’s still the guy that drafted me, so I’ll always have love for him for that. He believed in me enough to take me at No. 16.”

Before trade I watched all McCain’s FG attempts for two months. He was getting to his spots but missing because he didn’t have his touch back. Nurse playing Maxey and VJ more minutes than any guards in the NBA while McCain rotted was clearly selfish dummy behavior

Very happy for Jared McCain. Never doubted him. In the airing of grievances from a Sixers perspective, I mostly resent the terrorist Nick Nurse for burying him on the bench when it was obvious he was just recovering from the hand injury
