I am pretty conflicted with Joe Mazzulla icl
Got a championship but at the same time the other 3 years have just been that bad in the playoffs. The lack of urgency with making adjustments & his stubbornness with certain players (porzingis last year, hauser etc this year) has been this teams downfall. He's at his best when it's too late.
But then again the fact he got this roster to a 2 seed was remarkable, was supposed to be a gap year. Is this really the roster you send him off for?

This team went tryhard for 82 games and that works for fine reg season hoops. Joe let the backups have a lot of playtime when starters played bad but he's not giving them that same leash in the playoffs zero reason to not put Baylor or Hugo out there

Frustration and disappointment is understandable and professional courtesy should be expected, but the news was out. The internet isn't going to wait for your 2-page notes app goodbye/thank you statement to start talking about this stuff. SRS and others reported the releases as they learned them, as they do every year, the same way every time. There's no blame to pass here.
