@Metalmerch15375 @NepentheZ Agreed and it’s a classic EA move. Gameplay is horrendous and they basically lied about the things they’d do in FC 26 (playstyles won’t be as important, etc). But rather than address the root gameplay bad/broken mechanics, they choose the low hanging fruit path every single time.

@NepentheZ Personally feel like they're concentrating on the wrong things. Like you've said before, if the gameplay is not hitting then why would anyone want to pick this up and grind. This seems like a shiny distraction to try and bring people back for a FC27 pre-order.

I'm really surprised to see the community not happy with EA's iminent token reward system. I think people are completely missing the benefits and making assumptions that don't make sense. Of course, it's EA... they could ABSOLUTELY get this wrong ... BUT 1 centralised store for rewards from playing in Rush, Rivals, Squad Battles and Live Events where you get to decide where you play and know how much you need to play for the rewards is a big win for the community. You no longer HAVE to grind all 4 corners of the earth for pack rewards that ultimately guarantee you nothing. Now you get to play where you like for what you like. I can't quite understand how that's a bad thing.
