Bought a relatively expensive card on eBay & tracking number hasn’t updated in a week. Seller says he shipped it but I highly doubt thats true because the tracking says it hasnt even been dropped off at the post office. What can I even do in a situation like this? @CardPurchaser

@JuveRmb0 @CardPurchaser I was in the same spot you are. I messaged the seller a few times and he was adamant he dropped it off. I wanted the card so I let it ride. Had some take some weird journeys around the country but never had one not delivered.

Bob McNair was an Oilers fan. He had season tickets to Oilers games for decades. Bud Adams got commissioner Paul Tagliabue to give him in writing that no team other than the Oilers, who would become the Titans in 1999, would ever be able to use the Oilers name or colors. Ever!

Back in 2024 when I was breaking for a card shop, we pulled this card for a customer who didn’t know much about the high end sports card market.
We told him it’s probably (at the time) worth 10-12k, and he should accept any offer above 9k.
A certain auction house reached out to him and told him it’s worth NO LESS than 50k and that he should auction it with them…so he did.
The card ended up selling for 3600.
