Parenting is weird. Found myself trotting out 'generic parenting chat' and managed to blow my own mind. Harrison was upset he didn't get extra cookies so I came out with 'bud, sometimes we have to appreciate the cookies we DO get and not be upset about the cookies we DON'T get...
