@Katr_Matthews Some folk just don't their limits, or simply ignore them. Best of luck.

Completely off topic, for which I apologise in advance, but off to my other ‘Happy Place’ for the next 5 days! World class sport and off the scale excitement! 😊😊😊

@thinkdefence @Foliohat @thinkdefence of course you are right but John Deere and Case had the same thoughts I suspect before both of us were born. They even had a trailer for the pallets and infantry footbridge and one with front loader!! Perhaps we don't really learn from the past......

@thinkdefence Going through unit archives and found two Pallet Publications, oldest is mid 60s assessment of what pallet the British Army wanted! Turns out pallets just don't go out of fashion.

@TheRLCThinkers @Sw47Ad Because it's quicker to rig once at an APOD and no one can forget the parachutes if attached already. The Russians drop these in mass exercises three times a year on a scale we can only dream of and one only a few years ago was in this area. Worrying yes but not definitive.

What a reality check! 😳 In the 2000 World Duathlon Championships I ran 10k in 33 mins 23 secs (before cycling 40k & running another 5k). Today (21 years & several gunshot wounds, nerve & frost damage injuries later) I managed only 45 mins! The mind is still willing, but… 😏
