Life is funny When I registered Jarus Homes in July 2022, the first land I bought, the Oba of the community sent his subjects to stop me from working on it because the person that sold the land to me had not paid "royalty" to the chiefs of the community when he bought it. I was frustrated and asked for refund that "I am not doing again" What if he had refunded me? Maybe I won't have Jarus Homes today. At the end of the hullabaloo, we (buyer and seller) sha both contributed N500k each and paid "royalty" of N1m, apart from omo onile fee of N450k or so.
