Omo mine is a bit convoluted
- Learnt on the job for some part of it cause really you learn by building one
- then my office is really particular about staff development so they’ve, at different times, brought people to have training sessions with us, sometimes for a week, sometimes for two. We used an international and a local trainer.
- then there was a site I was doing some personal learning too. It was really good. Can’t recall the name.
So my way is not exactly linear hence why I find it hard to advise.
I’ll typically recommend edubridge for training and FMVA/AFM for certification but it will be helpful to know the means that actually yields the most result.

If your support for Obi is really about youth and performance, then Seyi Makinde completely disrupts that logic. He’s younger, he is from the South, and he has a stronger governance track record. By your own criteria, shouldn't you be supporting him instead?
