Hardware wallet turned software wallet. Owning ledger is a risk. Since the ability for the keys to leave the ledger is available all these while. What happened to “your keys will never leave your device campaign” hypocrites

@Ledger_Support @CapJackson4 I thought the chip was made never to allow external access to the seed. If the permission to the keys can be changed with a simple firmware update. It means we have been at risk of a hack😂

@CapJackson4 When you subscribe and approve Ledger Recover on your Ledger, your device will automatically fragment a pre-BIP39 version of your private key into 3 fragments and encrypt them. So, no manual entering of your recovery phrase
