Most early hiring failures aren't sourcing problems. They're clarity problems. We just launched Rekruteer, focused recruitment for Community, Marketing and Product roles, built on operator networks and experienced context. Link in replies.

We are at the worst fear index so far At this point, does “be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful” still applies?

Diamond in TFT KR server(Top 2.23%). Climbing has little to do with execution. It's about timing, flexibility, commitment, and disengagement. The quality of your judgment precedes mastery.

@SinjinMAYG I was calling this out before it was cool to be a "hater". Without enforceable rights or real asset behavior, most tokens never created ownership but temporary consensus driven by speculation. When that broke, everything built on top did too. That's the shortcuts that are dead.

Most execution failures in emerging tech are strategy problems in disguise. I turn that gap into product decisions that hold up under real systems, incentives, and constraints. web3, games, platforms.

@SinjinMAYG Seen this firsthand. No preemptive strategy, just curiosity and proximity to the craft and the community. The narrative emerged after the work. When orgs enable bottom-up sense-making, they grow. When they force the story top-down, they stall.

The issue with great technological progress translating into corresponding significant productivity is that it requires a strategy native to that technology as well. There are no playbooks for this and it takes time as the easy applications do not give the promised gains, especially when strategists are not product people. In this case, it really the 'last mover advantage' that gives the promised gains. This value is first captured by new companies that set the playbook, but that as well takes time. What companies should be focusing on is 'strategist product decision makers', unfortunately, that kind of role requires a great deal of curiosity, practicality and adaptability - which are rarely found in executives.

@joulee The Odyssey (Emily Wilson). I want to read for long-horizon thinking, how people navigate uncertainty, restraint and return over time. Less tactics, more judgment.

It's January 1st! Instead of "what's your New Year's resolution?", I've got a different question: "What book(s) do you hope to read this year, and why?"

learning languages and building products feel the same. you're directionally right, wrong in the details. context is partial. feedback is delayed. fluency is the result of judgment, not its prerequisite.

@SinjinMAYG and yet, a few still persist by extracting from the wreckage.

It's interesting to be in this void, after 4 years of calling out the incompetent gutless wank founders of web3 gaming there is none left, having imploded along with the funds that invested in them. Too bad the collateral damage was so severe that no one is left. 😅😘 Aside from like 5 teams. Hehe.

Just curious.🤔 Why do some big accounts follow you, then unfollow a few days later? Is this just a verified / high-following growth thing, or am I missing something?

@kookoocryptotv it works for the algorithm yeah. but when follower counts don't translate into proportionate engagement, it becomes even more visible haha.

Previously top 1% in 🇪🇺 TFT. Currently top ~3.5% in 🇰🇷. Different environment, different tempo, same outcome. Performance in complex systems isn't about grind, it's about adaptation and decision making. Same skills I apply to products.

Product / Program Manager with a non-linear path: data entry → design → research → PM. I specialize in: • turning ambiguity into execution • building systems that survive incentives • shipping when constraints are real Web3, games, complex platforms. DMs open.

games don't survive only because they're good and survival doesn't make them good either. early persistence selects for capital, timing and reach long before craft has time to matter. crowning some and erasing others through survivorship bias isn't insight, it's lazy hindsight.
Dae@daethecalm

if your idea of winning business is watching others die, you're playing too small. you didn't kill competitors, entropy did, as everyone recycled the same playbooks until nothing new emerged. but you did kill belief that web3 games could outgrow speculation. do better.
