@kvlly @SethSilvers I remember Frontpage in Elementary School lol. i made a club website in 4th grade after seeing Spy Kids. It was a super secret spy club and every kid was like, "Yeah ok lol as if it's really a Spy Club..." Me: *shows them the website* kids: "WHOA IT'S REAL?!?!?!" 🤣

@leerob it would be cool if all of the cursor chat sessions could be backed by tmux processes or something so that I can update @cursor_ai mid-vibes and have it re-open with it still running the vibe. its how I assume @superset_sh does it. love that feature.

Introducing 🌸 Kanna – a web ui for Claude Code + Codex running right in your browser (and my first open source project!) It's sort of like if Claude Code & Codex had a baby with a much better ui/ux 💅 Here's what makes Kanna special: 🔀 One-click switch between Claude Code / Codex 🌐 Runs in your browser on localhost - no app switching 🧩 Embedded split terminals, persisted between chats with a beautiful horizontal scrolling UX 📁 Full project file browser built in, embedded editor coming soon too. Coming soon: 🔒 End-to-end encryption + remote access via reverse proxy 🌿 Git integration, diffs, PRs 🧱 Plugins I wanted to replace switching between cursor, the github app, browser & (most recently) the codex app. The browser is hardest to recreate yet also the most flexible so it makes sense to build in the browser itself. Install in 5 seconds: bun install -g kanna-code then just type: kanna Kanna is purely a ui/ux layer. It uses your existing CLIs, is 100% compliant & no data ever leaves your machine. If running claude or codex in your terminal works, kanna works too. Kanna natively supports every tool call, model, reasoning effort, fast mode, plan mode, compaction, user questions, web searching, skills, agents, mcps, everything. There are a few libraries that do this but none that I found as comprehensive. All feedback welcome!

@superset_sh @leerob @cursor_ai it really is, y'all did a great job. If Claude Code wasn't worse than Cursor for me right now I'd still be on it. Cursor CLI keeps crashing for me too... I'm Cursor Glass pilled right now. It's minimal but enough of what I was looking for, for now.

Everything we've built for auth on the web assumes two kinds of actors: a human user and a static application, with predefined scopes and known execution paths. Agents fit neither role. They act on behalf of a user or entirely on their own, call external services, discover tools at runtime, need one capability now and a different one later, and often run long after the human who started them has moved on. Agent Auth makes the runtime agent a first-class principal. Each agent is registered with its own identity, granted specific capabilities, and governed by a lifecycle the server controls. The server sees exactly which agent is acting, what it is authorized to do, and can terminate one without affecting anything else. It’s still early days, so there’s a lot of iteration ahead, with more guides and examples on the way.
