The video footage shown also showed Karmelo running down the bleachers, then walking while seemingly attempting to blend in with the crowd, and then running toward the entrance of the stadium before he was caught by Whiteaker. The prosecutors charged Karmelo Anthony with murder. They did not charge criminal trespass. They did not charge unlawful knife possession at a school event. At least in the Chud the Builder case, the firearm issue was actually charged. So stop arguing this case like trespass and knife-possession charges were filed. The State has a murder charge, and they still must prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
