@onticdani nice!
My current setup uses react component as emails, so there might be some changes needed on my end. But definitely ping me when I can give it a go and I'll find the time to try it out!
English

@dgrcode Transactional emails are in the plans!! I got that request from another friend, so maybe it's gonna be what I tackle next.
Ideally the workflow would be:
1. Create a reusable transactional template
2. Call the Sesy API to send that transactional template to some specific email
English

Are you paying a ton 💩 of 💵 for email campaigns?
I've just launched Sesy, an open source tool that does the same thing as mailchimp or brevo, but 10x cheaper, using AWS SES.
And it's self hosted!
I would appreciate a GitHub star if you can 😄

@adamwathan @thesamparr that's literally better equipped than the last box I went to

@RaulOnRails there's even a possibility that it's actually a super intelligence who tells all those bureaucrats to shut up and passes the law itself
English

What?!? Reach an agreement by the end of 2026? You need to revise your processes and cut some bureaucracy out if you want to compete with the US companies.

@thekitze @_MaxBlade @tripoai i didn't know about that one! I'm buying it asap. We already have the broom one -Spanish translation is not great :/- and my 3yo loves it
On the kids books front, do you have any recommendation that has some problem solving or tech stories? some kids/acc books if you like
English

@_MaxBlade @tripoai this comment makes me never want to never want to get that book but also order it immediately, idk
English

i turned the "room on the broom" story to a 3d model for my daughter using @tripoai
gonna try to 3d print it and paint it with acrylic markers 🤓
i want each animal to have a seat so it clicks in and out of the broom

@garrytan @attharrva15 ok I just used it and I saw it recommended me to apply 🤝
btw after this chat I have way more clarity on the next steps. great work!
English

@garrytan @attharrva15 maybe the skill should auto-apply to YC if there's a solid product. Or maybe ask you if you want it to fill the application.

@marcospereeira just looking at human evolution we're probably heavily undertrained if anything.
With the exception of elite athletes, pick any human since the origin of sapiens at random, and it's almost guaranteed to be more trained than any 1st world person today.
English

I don't think training everyday is overdoing it, if you do 3-4 lifting exercises for ~30 min plus a bit of cardio you can rotate everyday and never be too tired or sore
working out first thing each morning is perfect because it doesn't affect sleep negatively like late training does, it's not a hole in the middle of your day, and you don't have to shower twice!
it's also a good excuse to improve glucose regulation by delaying breakfast and exercising in a fasted state

I’ve been coming to the gym first thing in the morning for 6 days in a row now and it’s interesting to see it took 5 days for me to be able to train in a fasted state today was the first day I wasn’t hungry in the morning I used to fast until around 2pm in my teenage years, but these days I’m trying to have an early dinner instead following the lead of Bryan Johnson
English

yeah I've heard Huberman talk about the early coffee. I usually have it around 60-90 minutes after wakeup, but honestly I haven't felt any difference with the days I do it earlier. I guess this will be different on each person.
I also take it without sugar and very little milk (less than 50ml), so it doesn't take me out of fasting. Then I have lunch somewhere from 13-15 and have dinner around 19.
I'm building something around workouts, but mostly focused on HIIT for now, so it wouldn't be very useful for your trainings. But I'll drop a DM when I launch in case you want to give it a go 😁
English

I had coffee with breakfast until today (first thing in the morning), but goal is to train fasted with no coffee, better to have it just before starting work and there's some data pointing to delaying caffeine being good for energy levels etc (huberman)
I try to balance lifting with cardio so for example today I ran to the gym, did lifting workout, then ran back home, but I try to go on hikes to balance the gym being mostly focused on lifting

@dgrcode no, i've been on and off for years.. now mostly off
English

i paid for group trainings in january and then postponed every day and eventually didn't go at all
so now i hired a personal trainer to come at my place just so i dont have a choice but train. so far we're 6 trainings in.
like i forgot we have a training today, so i was chilling, already had my breakfast, and i was sitting cozily on my computer, in pyjamas, drinking coffee ready to start my coding with ZERO fitness plans in mind...
ding dong goes the doorbell and the mf shows up on my door with a coffee and ready to kick my ass ... worth it in the end
