I started an insane experiment. live-streaming myself vibe coding everyday. I’m on week 2, here is what happened so far : > 100k views on YT > +700 subscribers on YT > 90% complete with 1st project > 40 person waitlist for the project > discord community on day 7 ( 56 members ) > newsletter on day 7 ( 14 signups ) > on Friday I had 75 viewers watching me ( this blows my mind ) > did 80+ pull ups one day The most important thing to happen : My doomscrolling is GONE and I spend five hours completely locked in each day building. Mental health is best in a long time. Not sure why exactly. I DO NOT think live-streaming is for everyone. I have received a ton of hate and you need to have an insanely thick skin. X BIP is a safe zone, YT is not lol. However it is the most powerful form of build in public right now if you have the guts.

@milanm_ Idk I struggle with focus / discipline if I’m being totally honest. By myself I ship something small and then scroll for two hours. I’m not proud of it, and super gross. When I stream I literally can’t do that.

I’m begging you to STOP asking Ai for advice to fix your life. It will never work. Do this instead -> First you need to setup Hermes on your Mac book and run it on gpt 5.5 Don’t waste time with another LMM Gpt 5.5 has insane intelligence and the improvements to its personality are nuts. It feels like a coworker instead of a clanker. The $100 a month codex plan will last forever and you can run your agent on it directly. Now that your setup, do this -> When you want to become 1000x better at something. Find the most credible YTer on the subject, have your Hermes agent watch hours and hours of their content. Ask it to transcribe and summarize the videos. Prioritize actionable advice. Hermes can turn their content lessons into a skill. You now have a REAL subject matter expert. Instead of a general ai. Advice will go from generic garbage to powerful lessons that real humans learn after 10,000 hours in their craft. Warning, your skills will only be as good as the yter you train your agent on. Don’t pick fake gurus.
