@Vodacom please can you explain how I was sold insurance when I upgraded in December 2025 for my OPPO A6 pro. Now I'm told I'm under insured. Lots of different responses when I questioned this. Now I'm told oh you must back pay more insurance before Vodacom will help anymore???

@Vodacom That the insurance was done for my old phone not my new one.... so a whole bunch of excuses as to why I was under insured. Why as a customer am I expected to pay for this and yo pay for excess on my claim

@Vodacom I have and I'm not getting anywhere... they want me to pay a back payment for been under insured but this is not cause of something I did but rather a vodacom error... I've been told that oh my phone wasn't loaded on the insurance, that the wrong insurance option was selected...
