As promised, here is the first update to my FOIA case going after the records @RealCandaceO recently talked about where she claimed she was "denied" but then the FBI got involved with public X posts in a very strange, and rare, move arguing the claim publicly. Here is the request acknowledgement, and a denial of my request for expedited processing sent the same day. Given the @FBI felt the need to post about this publicly numerous times, I feel that is proof enough this is of immense public interest (or they wouldn't have done so), therefore I asked that my request be given expedited processing (I don't request this very often, maybe, not often enough). FBI did not agree. A denial on an expedited processing request does NOT mean they denied a request overall. It just means they won't speed it up and denied that portion of the request. I will appeal that decision, but the remaining part of my case will continue to do be processed regardless. The entire correspondence is posted here, in full.

This is crap. As much as I watch Baron’s show— in the beginning of his investigative work I simply was not a viewer. So a lot of times I learn that he covered things in the past and we simply had no idea . It takes a lot of work to prep your own show, plus run a household with 4 toddlers. As you all know, we ALWAYS credit any creator who we take stuff from and encourage people to watch their content. It actually makes me feel like I wasted my time when I learn he’s covered something bc I could have saved myself a full day of research and simply ripped his content, (as I proudly do, often, on my show). I constantly call Baron in private, and send him information and sources and vice versa. The Charlie Kirk investigation really is a team effort and we’ve gotten this far precisely bc there hasn’t been pettiness brewing between creators.
