@RoyalMailHelp Hi :) I used the collection service for Nespresso pods, but I haven't been able to book a collection through it lately. I can generate a label, but then nothing ever loads when I click to arrange a collection (see below). Any way of fixing this?

@virginmedia my internet has been sporadic the last few days, the service checker now informs me that it isn't expected to be fixed until 21/05. I work from home and am reliant on speedy internet to do my job - what is the compensation situation for this?

@greateranglia hi I've had a delay repay claim rejected because "delay caused by another operator" but it wasn't... I was delayed by issues between T Hale and East which are defo GA! :) As I've already appealed I can't again, can the claim be reopened or do I need to start again
