Kash Patel is a good man. The Atlantic defamed him. And should expect litigation.
Clint Brown@DissidentClint

Hey @S_Fitzpatrick I was Kash Patel’s Sherpa on the transition. I spent nearly all day everyday with him for 3+ months and have been with him frequently since. I have never seen the type of behavior that you’re describing from him. Your anon sourced story is BS. Oh and by the way, it was no pressure campaign that got Kash confirmed. He did his homework, studied every brief I wrote him (and I wrote them all personally). If I sent him material at say 2am, he would respond with questions by 3am. He was always available and never hard to reach. Ultimately, he addressed any concerns senators had. He studied the law enforcement issues in each of their states and came prepared with plans, ideas, and questions for addressing the unique law enforcement needs of each state. THAT is who Kash Patel is and it’s why the FBI has been so effective in the last year. I’ve never once seen him over drink. Not once. You are spinning that narrative because you know POTUS doesn’t view that favorably, even admitted as much in your story. And I’m not hard to find. Pretty obvious why you didn’t reach out to me for comment.

The Atlantic sent a reporter with anonymous sources to take down @FBIDirectorKash just got fact-checked by the man who personally briefed him for three months. Anonymous sources don't beat eyewitnesses. The fake news picked the wrong target.

This is the letter we sent to The Atlantic and Sarah Fitzpatrick BEFORE they published their hit piece on FBI Director @FBIDirectorKash. They were on notice that the claims were categorically false and defamatory. They published anyway. See you in court.

@DECLASSITALL @Pontifex Ironic that you would cite that reference given the bombing of a girls’ school by the U.S. in the very first hours of President Trump’s latest attempt to distract from his Epstein coverup.

Shut up you liberal Cuck. You know what else God doesn’t like? Pedophile priests that you put protect raping little children. I guess you didn’t read the New Testament when Jesus clearly said what’s gonna happen if you harm one of the little ones. And guess what Jesus is gonna do to you and all you pedophiles when he comes back? He’s going to lock your soul away for eternity. That’s right shithead eternity. I praise God. I praise my savior Jesus Christ. I praise no man, including some Roman papacy pope piece of shit. You are a bought and paid for disgrace. You are no more Christian than a gecko is.

God’s heart is torn apart by wars, violence, injustice and lies. But our Father’s heart is not with the wicked, the arrogant, or the proud. God’s heart is with the little ones and the humble, and with them He builds up His Kingdom of love and peace day by day. Wherever there is love and service, God is there. #ApostolicJourney #Algeria

@TammySueeB @mrddmia @0hour1 Interesting images you’ve picked. Pope Francis, Servant of the Servants of God, wearing a stole imparting blessings and the image President Trump posted of himself looking like Jesus, who Christians believe is God Incarnate.

I am a Catholic, but I must say that this Pope is moving funny to me. There is a whole Christian genocide going on in Nigeria where he once lived. But this man is more focused on the war in Iran and its politics. Hello Sir, there is a war in Nigeria and Africa too, and Christians are victims. He is the Pope of Christians first before anything else. And the welfare of Christians especially those who are being persecuted should be his priority. But Christians were massacred during Easter in Nigeria for their faith and I did not see any strong condemnation or reaction from the Pope. Instead the Pope is consistently focused on the middle East and Donald Trump's and Isreals war with Terrorists. I sincerely do not understand this Pope. It is Silence in the face of evil that makes evil multiply. What exactly does he want the world to do with terrorists who believe their destiny is to kill every unbeliever and take over the world? I hope that this Pope gets his priorities right.

@PatriotSassy How do you not know that the Church has a responsibility to speak out on moral issues? Questions regarding war & peace, care & treatment of the poor, the stranger in our land (i.e. migrants), & those marginalized by society are moral issues. See Mt. 25 on how we’re judged by God.

I am a practicing Catholic. Have been all my life, waaaayyyy over half a century. But I’ve had it with these damn popes getting political!! I couldn’t stand Pope Francis. 😤 We catholics are taught to believe that the pope is divinely chosen. That he is infallible. But I’m sorry, this one and the last one are hardly infallible. 😒 I had hopes for Leo but I had also heard that he was a liberal early on. Already, I can see he’s no better than Francis. Please, stop making Catholics feel like we have to choose. Because I’ll choose Jesus always, but you are NOT Jesus!! I will NOT change my stance on my president! I will support him, however, the one thing I CAN control? How much money I put in the kitty every week. 💰 And right now, I’m not putting ANY money in that’s intended for Rome. Until the holy father stays out of our politics, he gets not one. red. cent. from me! His job is to lead people to Christ like a shepherd, not to “pontificate” on @POTUS @DonaldTrump! @Pontifex

@BishopBarron Nonsense. I'm a Catholic. Check my contributions if you don't believe me. Preach the Gospel and shut up about politics. You spiritual weaklings locked us out of Mass during Covid. I sat on the bench Sundays praying for this Church. I almost left then. I've about had enough.

The statements made by President Trump on Truth Social regarding the Pope were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. They don’t contribute at all to a constructive conversation. It is the Pope’s prerogative to articulate Catholic doctrine and the principles that govern the moral life. In regard to the concrete application of those principles, people of good will can and do disagree. I would warmly recommend that serious Catholics within the Trump administration–Secretary Rubio, Vice President Vance, Ambassador Brian Burch, and others–might meet with Vatican officials so that a real dialogue can take place. This is far preferable to the statements on social media. I am very grateful for the many ways that the Trump administration has reached out to Catholics and other people of faith. It has been a high honor to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission. No President in my lifetime has shown a greater dedication to defending our first liberty. All that said, I think the President owes the Pope an apology.

@PressSec Karoline, you appear to be uninformed about the cost of things. $11,000 (about $917 a month) doesn’t go very far nowadays. Maybe you should go grocery shopping occasionally (preferably in a car so that you can buy gas too).

@SenTuberville Tommy, The country was founded on Enlightenment values. That movement’s leaders, i.e. Voltaire, were Deists who rejected Christianity. Our third President, who coincidentally authored the Declaration of Independence (a Deist) also produced a New Testament omitting all miracles.

I am not trying to make my Catholic friends, who I love, angry with this statement. But this entire episode is starting to explain to me why so many Americans were concerned about a Catholic president for so long. I have no interest in Rome trying to dictate American policy. And if it continues to loudly make its opinions heard on our foreign policy, I believe they’re going to find a lot of American Protestants feeling a lot less ecumenical than we have been in the more recent past.

God does not bless any conflict. Anyone who is a disciple of Christ, the Prince of Peace, is never on the side of those who once wielded the sword and today drop bombs. Military action will not create space for freedom or times of #Peace, which comes only from the patient promotion of coexistence and dialogue among peoples.

@RadioFreeTom @drsltaylor yet, it took such power and restraint, a James Bond level of expertise to wrangel out of this so skillfully. I'm not crowing TACO because we should all be glad that Trump's backing down after painting himself into a corner. If he needs to make up stories about "double-sided" ceasefires, fine, let him. (By definition, all ceasefires are "double-sided" or they're not a ceasefire). /1
