@KPRC2RandyMc That $525 face value is a different world from what most people actually pay. On StubHub right now a 4-day badge is going for $17,357+. Even a Tuesday practice round starts at $1,394.

I was able to check off the Masters from my bucket list three years ago. Amazing trip for the 1st and 2nd rounds thanks to a great friend whose family has annual tickets. If you are ever able to attend, the badges aren't cheap but the concessions remain very low by design at Augusta National.

As the 2026 Masters Tournament approaches, the already scarce supply of tickets available on the secondary market has tightened further. The evolving hospitality models and exclusivity has long defined the Augusta National Golf Club nysun.com/article/scarci…

@ForGoodAri Smaller venue = fewer seats = higher resale prices. College Park Center holds around 7,000. AAC holds 19,000+. That capacity gap shows up immediately on the secondary market.

Wings tickets in the AAC for the 3 matchups, compared to their NBA and NHL counterparts Seems they're pretty much in line w NHL ticket prices Doesn't really seem to make sense to leave money on the table, esp when the arena they do play in sucks to get to

The Dallas Wings will play nearly all 2026 home games in Arlington, despite an agreement to use American Airlines Center as their full-time home. Most games will be at College Park Center, with only three of 22 contests at AAC, per @dallasnews. MORE: ow.ly/bNMJ50YExmb

@RedKnightPuck @DanaWessel Face value is $160. Resale for a Thursday-Sunday badge is $7,500+. Single day passes are going for $2,800-$4,000. That's the market most people are actually buying in.

@DanaWessel I’d argue the price for a Masters ticket is pretty reasonable given the event. $160/ day. Cheaper than most concerts. The tickets are, however, exceedingly difficult to obtain.

The true cost of the National Championship game… •2 tickets: $100 each → $200 •Parking: $30 •Food & drinks: $75 •Souvenir shirt: $40 Hotel in Indy tonight: around $200 if you needed one. (luckily I live in the area, so no flights or hotel for me). Total: $345 just to cheer from the stands. And that’s before extra snacks, merch, or tailgate beers. Fun game? Absolutely. Expensive? Also absolutely.

@schadjoe The wildest part: NCAA championship tickets are $55 all-in tonight. Most affordable title game in sports. And they scheduled it at 8:50 PM on a Monday so half the country can't stay up to watch it. Make it make sense.

@MyGolfSpy The fees are the real story here. $4,797 turning into $7,133 after fees is insane — that's almost 50% added on top. The ticket industry needs way more pricing transparency. Fans deserve to know what they're actually paying upfront.

@SportsGreatest0 Nothing beats being in the building for a national championship. $739 for a memory that lasts forever? That's a steal compared to what Super Bowl or NBA Finals tickets go for. The Final Four might be the best deal in all of sports 🏀

Say what you will about the Final Four being held in a football stadium but I love how affordable championship game tickets are every year. You can get into Lucas Oil Stadium tonight for about $50. It's by far the most fan-friendly and affordable big event in all of sports.

Between group texts, chats, message boards, and just talking with friends, I’ve seen a ton of Michigan people taking advantage of the cheap tickets and deciding on a whim to head to Indy. Wonder what kind of crowd we could see?

The get-in price for Monday's National Championship Game is $123 after Illinois lost. Most of the fans in and around the city this weekend were from Illinois. It will dip below $100 if Michigan loses. The national championship game is always the most affordable big event ticket.
