If you really want to learn and get better at anything, and have any chance of becoming an expert, you have to be willing to learn how to be uncomfortable.

@dhruv_says_hi @scrimba As a complete beginner, I’ve been meaning to subscribe to the yearly plan but my fear is that it will hold my hand so much so to the point where I’d be lost once i complete the program..will this not be the case? Let’s say when i start using VS code etc

But with @scrimba, you can directly code in browser using something they called as 'scrims'. This way you wouldn't get stuck in 'tutorial hell' and get your hands dirty. This is the sole reason why scrimba has become my goto recommendation platform for beginners learning to code.

One of the core reasons why @scrimba is winning and why every beginner should use their platform to learn to code is the fact they provide close to ZERO RESISTANCE to actually code. Normally, you would need to set up all the things which can be intimidating for beginners. [1/2]

@theharrybeadle How to avoid becoming that guy who’s known for selling another course?. it’s become the new meme. My guess is to provide something so valuable where they’ll feel stupid for saying no 🤔

@germany_iam I’m aware that I’d be competing with people who have way more experience and i would have to really work my ass off to stand out … (desired skills, C1, competency) but i ask myself is it even worth it? Not to mention the low salaries compared to other countries 😒

@germany_iam As a beginner who’s interested in getting into this field, Is it even worth trying to learn from scratch to possibly get a job in Germany? I know the market is shit right now but perhaps it will get better by the time i start applying…

I'm 37. At 28, I spent the last $2000 I had to attend a Tony Robbins seminar. He forced me to walk on fire. 30 days later, my life transformed. Here's the story:
