@melbee4444 While I agree with your conclusion, I suggest you be careful not to overstate. Alcohol is a safe supply system and yet kills many people every year.

Addiction doesn’t kill people. Contaminated drugs in unknown doses do. Harm reduction is like a life vest but without a rescue operation we’re going to drown anyway. We need an accessible regulated alternative to the illicit market.
