But actually in Greek myth, the goddess nemesis represented what is the divine balance & retribution justice!! Imu has created a system that is build on justice throughout the marines & within the inner circle with him,gorosei & holy knights, they represent balance when the world is dealing with situations that effect them. So Imu is basically a sword of justice,balance & to spite those that are hubris aka prideful.
