@neil10545555 @Mobvoi_Official My hunch is that it might just be the exercise? I had planks and sit ups in my workout and my bpm would start decreasing fast. I currently have mountain climbers as an exercise and my bpm is still high, even when the watch is physically lower to the ground. Hope this helps!!!

I think this watch is trying to play games with me! Planks, crunches, etc. (anything where watch physically is low to the ground for too long) and my heart rate isn't detected right.
