@2D0XPS @AP_Davison Thanks! I didn't see that there was a second page! Apologies.

@hilldaniel @AP_Davison Yes, he's on the list: RHS, three up from the bottom. I don't know what his thesis title was.

A predicament for @churchofengland when so many of the bishops you could have a theological conversation with are about to retire, or have just retired. Really, the situation is dire, and just when people – young inquirers in particular – want theological depth. 1/2

@2D0XPS @AP_Davison Bishop Rob Munro of Ebbsfleet also has a DMin.
Deutsch

@hilldaniel @AP_Davison Yes, not all of the list have a PhD, there's some DPhils, DThMs, a DMin and a DrTheol on there.
English

@AP_Davison By my count, there are 27 bishops (26%) with doctorates. Where I can, I've put their thesis title: not all are theological.

@AntigoneJournal Alia Sabur was appointed at 18 years of age as International Professor as Research Liaison with Stony Brook University by the Dept. of Advanced Technology Fusion at Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea. But this was a one-year job: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alia_Sabur.

@AntigoneJournal Henry Scougall on May 25 1669 'was at the early age of nineteen promoted to the Regency, with which the Professorship of Philosophy was connected' (James Bruce, _𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝐸𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑀𝑒𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝐴𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑒𝑛, p. 273). But, again, I think he was just a regent.
