I have to say, the reaction on here to Archbishop Sarah’s pilgrimage is very disappointing. First of all, the facts: she is breaking her pilgrimage to attend the Lords to vote on the abortion amendments, which obviously took some organisation because the pilgrimage was long planned and the date of the Lords debate only announced on Friday.

Truly horrifying.

@AjdDavison I have two Class D amplifiers like this, one expensive and one cheap. They are both terrific, and the value for money of the cheap one is astonishing, as you say.

My much-loved Cyrus hi-fi amp has broken, and while deciding which fancy new one to get, on my father-in-law's recommendation I bought this for £30 and am amazed how good it sounds. The graph of sound quality vs price up to 100 or 1000x that price would be interesting!

I was sad to only make it to day 1 of this conference & miss McGilchrist & Maurice G. The vibe was very much (correctly) 'Creed or chaos'. A little tension noticeable between us Anglicans and our Orthodox & esp RC friends. @AP_Davison's very Anglican speech a highlight for me
