Per source, Twitch is looking to expand on the existing unity guilds only.
Also, the form used is not controlled by Twitch, and it's unknown who has control and access to it.
This kind of engagement farming really rubs me the wrong way.

This is a wild take. 🤔 My role was actually to advocate for creators, helping them get paid activations on and off Twitch. I was one of the internal people who made it a goal to include small creators in some of biggest campaigns I was part of.
I was proud to support streamers making a living doing what they love.
