@ScotNational You absolute roasters. There's been no meaningful increase in US military traffic as a result of the Iran operation. Those flight frequency stats are pretty routine. It's telling that protesters arrived by train. Not a local in sight. USAF have always been welcome at Prestwick.

@lornaslater can you find me some proof of an "American fighter jet preparing to commit further bloodshed" at Prestwick? I'm a planespotter who usually tracks all aircraft that I can track that come in/out of Scotland, and I can not seem to find any evidence that American fighter jets that were involved in Op. Epic Fury are coming into Prestwick, especially not parking up next to any summer holiday planes... I believe the USAF have many bases that're far more strategically compatible and more secure they could use instead of commercial airports - maybe put a bit of research into something next time?
