@bgoncal2 @home_assistant I’m sorry. That was a poor choice of words. Is there a _keyboard_ shortcut or gesture to switch homes in the Mac HA app? Something like the 3-finger swipe gesture on iOS?

@jaydisc @home_assistant The same shortcut works on Mac. The only difference is where you trigger it from, on macOS shortcuts app you can link keyboard key combinations to run a shortcut, besides that there is also a widget called “Open page”

Introducing Minima, a hosted CMS. About 20 years ago I built a CMS for @nwtls with @davidfromant. That was formative for me and my career. I’ve built countless hobby sites since then, but this year I finally decided to stop building one-off solutions each time, and do it properly. It'll be powerful enough for big publishers with multiple sites, but I'm aiming to make it affordable for solos and indies to use too.

The sporadic visual bug where notification banners appear squared off rather than rounded still exists in iOS 18 btw.

@bzamayo A notification banner. You used to be able to x or long-press & dismiss…. Even the watch can dismiss notification banners.

iOS 18 Control Center is very flexible. You can make the Music widget on the first page big, for instance.

@Gramatik I think you want audio. And I believe it remembers it for the little send icon going forward.

man apple absolutely ruined the fun of audio messages with auto transcription which doesn’t even work that well, is there still no option for sender to disable it or am I missing it?
