So TransJam Highway had to send out an email to tell poeple to stop throwing garbage throw their windows on the highway...it's that bad. Jamaica, Jamaica. We need to do better. Somebody is going to respond to me and say: 1. They need to put rubbish bins on the highway so people can stop and get rid of their garbage 2. It's OK to throw the garbage out your window, somebody will pick it up 3. This is a non-issue; commercial waste is the real issue
