@harukaawake For what it's worth, I do not believe that those bombs were or ever will be justified. It was wrong and the only reasons they were dropped was a show of Force. But this shows the resilience of a strong culture.

🇯🇵 I often see endless third world resentment toward the West and feel only pity.
Hiroshima & Nagasaki were destroyed by atomic bombs. We lost everything. We didn't scream about trauma or demand endless reparations. We rebuilt. Today these cities are beautiful.
So, drop the victimhood. Stop blaming history. Change and build something or otherwise get used to being disliked.

@Intel_Dork @titMcGrit2 I'm currently on book 7 of the series and I wish he was more than a side character. Sometimes there are chapters where he is the focal character but they are few and far between. He's the most interesting, imo.

Most recently his take on why we are at war with Iran. I don't believe that it's solely on behalf of Israel. Is it a factor? Sure. But it's not the only reason.
Also, his takes on Israel's conflict with Gaza. I agree more with Kisin than I do with Dave. Ultimately, I don't give a shit what Israel does as long as USA isn't involved.
I do agree that USA should not be intervening or involved with foreign conflicts.

@MoonKitty1104 There are a couple of issues with his debates/ideas.
-If he gets stumped (which is rare but it does happen) he resorts to mockery.
-He's so fixated on what he believes is right that sometimes he throws nuance right out the window.

I found out a few years ago that movie theaters don't make hardly any money off ticket sales. And I love going to the movies. I want them to make money so they stay open and can staff employees. Snack food prices are outrageous, but I'm ok with that."
