@secondtierpod He purchased the liabilities of the club when he purchased the club from the former owner. He’s deluded if he thinks this is a way to get out of it.

The reason why West Brom feel they comply with P&S is due to interest on £5m payments former owner, Lai Guochuan, took out as a loan. The current owners feel they fall under the ownership, and not the club and should therefore not be included. Going to get messy.
